As a Workday HCM Manager with expertise in the Absence/TimeTracking functional domain, you should expect to be involved in thefollowing:
* Overseemultiple functional work streams/domains on a Workday implementation project(e.g, function as the overall HCM Lead for the project) or function as the leadfor the Absence/TimeTracking workstream (function as the expert in Absence/Time Tracking)
* Manageon and off-shore functional teams
* LeadAbsence/Time Tracking work stream drivingtowards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workdayfunctionality including, but not limited to: compensation grades, grade ranges,compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advancedcompensation configuration and processing
* Identifystrategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meetclient/functional requirements
* Lead,mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
* ArchitectWorkday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and crossfunctional impacts are considered and mitigated
* Adviseclients on industry standards and leading practices.
* Demonstratedesign options through the use of prototyping.
* Understandand apply Workday and Accenture DayNine methodologies.
* Providethe Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overallproject status.
* Demonstratestrong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
