The Role:. Federated Wireless is seeking a proven leader in Sales Operations. This position will be responsible for supporting and enabling the sales teams at Federated Wireless as they sell products to wireless carriers, cable operators, enterprise OEMs, and private enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on sales and sales operations experience, with proven expertise in Saas enterprise solutions, connectivity, or cloud technology.. Through effective planning, management, reporting, process optimization, pricing and program support, the VP, Sales Operations will improve the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization and help ensure strong execution against the market opportunity. This position will also work closely with finance, operations, product and engineering to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization. The Vice President (VP) Sales Operations will report to the CEO.. Responsibilities. Monitor, drive and coach the sales team on adhering to the operating rhythm and pro-actively identify issues and solutions to better sales execution and higher sales output.. Drive the implementation of SalesForce.com throughout the sales organization. Monitor compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.. Use Forecast, Pipeline, Win/Loss and other sales analytics to develop specific actions to improve forecast predictability, long term pipeline visibility & coverage, deal velocity and win rates. Passionate about field success/enablement and has proven track record driving revenue growth through optimizing Sales Operations. Demonstrated expertise and success in the analysis, design, and automation of business processes. Data driven with a deep experience leverage business analytics to drive actionable results.
