Perform a wide range of duties in a busy, student service focused office, including transcript processing, completion of student and graduate verification forms, records maintenance and retention. Respond to student, alumni, faculty/staff and external inquiries. Assist with exam administration, registration and special projects as needed. Required Skills B.A./B.S.; Must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Word,Excel and Access. Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and organizational skills. Attention to detail, professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information, and the ability to work independently are essential. Overtime hours required during peak registration and examination periods.
