Our Merrimack Valley healthcare client is seeking to hire a Compensation/Scheduling Coordinator. This position will report to the Scheduling Manager. This role will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, updating and reconciling monthly productivity incentive payments made to clinicians, as well as reviewing hours worked, calculating adjustments and reporting changes to payroll. This is a full-time, temp to hire or direct hire position offering $19/hr.

Deliver payroll and productivity bonus calculations to Finance, including pulling data from multiple scheduling sources
Track available paid time off balances for clinicians and contracted compensation guarantee payments
Participate in team meetings
Respond to inquiries related to compensation
Manage and maintain clinician schedules 16 weeks in advance
Responsible for the creating, maintaining, and auditing of the OB Backup (GYN Backup Call) Schedule and ensure this schedule is live in scheduling software at least 5 weeks in advance.
Participate in all new hire clinician and resident orientation meetings with regard to scheduling
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Healthcare Administration preferred
Data management and analysis experienced highly desired
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Must be extremely well organized with finite attention to details with strong verbal and written communication skills
