Social Media Specialist Natick, MA The Social Media Specialist is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. An essential component is communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and distributing content across all our social media channels (examples include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest) to establish brand authority, and connect with consumers. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build Brand Awareness: · Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals · Development of brand awareness and online reputation · Connect with non-competing "influencers" to create mutually beneficial relationships, forge partnerships to exchange content Engage With Customers · Concept, lead and manage all activations for social media in conjunction with the Marketing team that build brand awareness and engage customers · Monitor the company’s social media accounts and interact with customers · Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content · Generate multi-directional messages to engage consumers and generate interest Social Media (Strategy / Deployment / Measure) across all Channels: Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/Twitter · Develop reports on emerging social media trends · Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer monthly + quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan · Manage Social Media Budget Promote content through social advertising + measure performance and ROI and recommend changes · Partner with Creative Services on implementation of a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns · Own the execution of all tactical marketing for social · Skillful understanding of what type of content works best on what platform, ability to optimize content accordingly, as well as understanding the different nuances of each platform. · Engage our audience through social media posts and interactions, be the expert who can take the NIC+ZOE brand and online presence to the next level. · General knowledge of design in order to create visually appealing graphics to coordinate with appropriate posts Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field · 3+ years’ experience in social media management · Exceptional multi-tasking skills · Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way · Strong problem solving skills · Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required · Strong communication skills, ability to convey ideas in a clear and precise way · Expertize with multiple social media channels, experience writing and editing on social media platforms and blogs · Excellent writing and grammar skills · Compelling sense of urgency · Deliberate planning and goal setting How to Apply: Interested, well qualified candidates should forward resumes to .
