Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the Surgical and Clinical Services Division (Radiology, Pharmacy, Clinical Lab) driving patient quality and safety, efficiency of clinical and support service operations, revenue and profit growth. Successfully participate in multiple fiscal management teams to maximize hospital revenue recovery, growth and profitability. Oversees multiple directors of the areas and supports them with work flow, operational and system related problems; Oversees including 21 busy Operating Rooms across 3 locations. Oversight responsibility for and assists with operational and capital budgeting for the patient care services areas This position plays a key leadership role in creating an optimal model of organization, operations, and culture for MEE; working together in collaborative practice models. Reporting to the SVP of Surgical and Clinical Ops, the Director will also play a key role in growing the MEE business working in conjunction with Senior Leadership. Familiarity with the principles of continuous quality improvement and customer service also desired. Previous experience in dealing with local, state and governmental agencies preferred.
