Schneider Electric USA is a leading manufacturer of equipment for electrical distribution, industrial control, and automation. We have the following position available in Andover, Massachusetts:
Director, HR Systems: S/he will design and deliver the vision 2020- Digital Learning ecosystem to accelerate the digitization of learning at Schneider. S/he works on architecture which is futuristic and build on sustainable design principles to deliver learning in the flow of work. S/he brings technology innovation which delivers responsive and adaptive 4E opportunities (Experience, Education, Exposure, Environment) , through federated search for Employees and Partners-Electricians, IT Resellers and Datacenters to enhance business performance. Supervises 9 Subordinates- Digital Learning Ecosystem Lead, PRM Lead, MILL Platform Lead, 2 Technical Projects, 4 Delivery Analysts. 30% travel to visit global vendors and internal customers. This position requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or Human Resources and eight years of work experience in deploying strategic transformation projects across people processes through technology. Alternatively, employer will
accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or Human Resources and ten years of work experience in deploying strategic transformation projects across people processes through technology. Also must have four years of work experience with: Utilizing HR Technology ERP platforms including Peoplesoft, MS Office software and Sharepoint for designing HR workstreams (Admin, Talent, and Performance through entire SDLC cycle); Utilizing Management System platforms for employees; Deploying Business Intelligence and Analytics tools; Designing SAS architecture design and intranet design; and Mobile and responsive web design, integration technologies, middleware and APIs, search technologies.
