Restaurateur and 2018 & 2019 James Beard Finalist- Best Chef Northeast Tiffani Faison Sweet Cheeks Q is looking for AM Kitchen Supervisor who is dedicated to serving its guests delicious BBQ with genuine warm southern hospitality.

Must have a flexible schedule and weekends are a must. We are looking for an energetic Kitchen Supervisor with a passion for cooking, learning, and making people happy. We take our food seriously and hope you do too. We are looking for someone who is accepting of feedback to help them grow, and will work well in a true team environment.

Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced workplace, and cleanliness is key.

Prior experience in a supervisory position is preferred but if you are a line cook and are ready to take the next step, we would like to talk to you.

We offer a very competitive hourly salary, medical, vision and dental package, and positive company culture. We also have a 3% Kitchen Appreciation Fee to increase the Back of House wages. A positive attitude and an ability to handle high pressure situations is a must.
