Restaurateur and 2018 & 2019 James Beard Finalist- Best Chef Northeast Tiffani Faison Sweet Cheeks Q is looking for a Sous Chef who is dedicated to serving its guests delicious BBQ with genuine warm southern hospitality.

Must have a flexible schedule and weekends are a must. We are looking for an energetic Sous Chef with a passion for cooking, learning, and making people happy. We take our food seriously and hope you do too. We use only the best ingredients, buying all natural/organic as much as possible, and buy from local farms when in season. We are looking for someone who is accepting of feedback to help them grow, and will work well in a true team environment.

Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced workplace, and cleanliness is key. Prior experience in kitchen management is necessary.

We offer a very competitive hourly salary, medical and dental package, and positive company culture. We also recently implemented a 3% Kitchen Appreciation Fee to increase the Back of House wages. A positive attitude and an ability to handle high pressure situations is a must.
