Develop, deploy, manage and achieve a certification plan within budget
Analyze and monitor data to track progress
Deploy custom learning interventions
Deliver off the shelf and custom learning initiatives
Enhance management engagement to increase effectiveness
Launch talent management practices and procedures to develop a talent pipeline from entry level to executive
Bachelor s degree in Software Development or Engineering
Minimum of three years of experience in Learning & Development
Strong facilitation skills in person and virtually
Experience in designing and deploying talent management programs
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
Highly responsive to internal and external requests
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Ability to travel 20-25% of the time
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
